She was born 15 December 1983 and raised in Wellington, New Zealand. Brooke is the eldest of the three children among her siblings.

She studied piano from the age of seven, began writing songs at 12, played clarinet very averagely from 13, and at 15 got sick of writing slow piano ballads and playing "Baby Elephant Walk" in the school concert band, so taught herself the acoustic guitar.

Charity Work - Fraser has been a World Vision Artist Associate since 2001. She has visited Cambodia and Tanzania with World Vision, the Philippines with Opportunity International and independently traveled to Rwanda in June 2005, in June 2006 as part of charity event "Hope Rwanda", and in May 2007 when she filmed the music video for the song "Albertine". In 2006 she, along with Petra Bagust and Tau from Spacifix, appeared advertising the World Vision 40 Hour Famine; an event which raises funds for children in third world Countries She also sponsors a number of children through World Vision.

Fraser attends ;Hillsong Church she is a worship leader and collaborator on the Hillsong United series of worship albums.She is a Christian, and much of her lyrical content indicates this, as well as her continued participation in Christian and church events.On March 17th 2008 she married musician Scott Ligertwood in Sydney.

True Friends Are Essential in Our Life

Beyond a doubt, we must know and remember that true friends can and will improve our lives. A friend is usually someone you are not related to by either birth, marriage or from any legal ties that bind you.

Normally, a friend may be a casual, close, best, realist, nurturer, motivator or role model friend. But some friends will be more than just a close or role model friend, for example, and may even be a nurturing and best friend as well.

Whatever kind or category of friend someone has, if the person is a true friend, then there are some distinctive good reasons why real friends are important.

Real friends can be a source of self-esteem, affection, and good times. In times of despair, for example, true friends will offer hope. The right friends can help someone feel worthwhile. Real friends are even known to significantly assist a friend get elected a class or student president, and even the President of a country. Some of us will remember that school, work, parenting, and senior citizen life are better and more fun when shared with friends.

But for the friendship to be real, some factors are necessary and must be present in true friendship. Some of the factors are honesty, faithfulness, similar religion and culture, loyalty, being a good listener, love, having ideas in common, and to a lesser extent, age and intelligence. Now these are all characteristics that can be acquired and practiced in a very sincere manner to enhance a current friendship-relation and also to gain additional friends. But there are other reasons why real friends are essential.

Friends are important to even happy people or married couples. Friendship affirms and validates in a more distinctive way than even the positive romantic or blood tie. We must be very aware that real friendship is vital throughout life. But you can quickly discover real and good friends when you are down or when you require their assistance the most. Why? Because a real friend will not desert you when you are down, and will not turn against you in jealousy, for example, when you succeed.

Setting Personal Boundaries - protecting self

"The purpose of having boundaries is to protect and take care of ourselves. We need to be able to tell other people when they are acting in ways that are not acceptable to us. A first step is starting to know that we have a right to protect and defend ourselves. That we have not only the right, but the duty to take responsibility for how we allow others to treat us."

To own our right to speak up for ourselves."

HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR!!

Yup!! am I too fast to greet everyone? heheh hopefully not. As u see most shop already decorated with Red and Gold thingy. They also started selling RED colour Clothing!! You can see and hear from TV & Radio they showing the advertising of CNY album and gifts. Look at our church, u can see some deco too. Not bad, seems like most people are very excited for the days to come.

My last few days of 2008.

K, I have to update my blog before some people keep nudge me to do so. K. if you want to know what have I been doing during Christmas eve and Christmas day. Please go to my link and click SUPERWOMEN. She will be able to tell u what I have done during Christmas. Look for 24th DEC 2008.

Then I went to Island trip on 29^th & 30^th from Yatch club. What are we doing there? Of course Scrubber Diving. The second day I’m the only one who woke up at 5am, vomited few times and poop poop more than 10 times. It’s really painful do u know that? Hahhaa. Anyway it’s a good experience. At least I know what I should do next time!! Bring medicine where ever u go. Most important medicine, especially outstation use Panadol, Gastric, Lomotil, Maxolon, Buscopan & lastly Oral Rehydration Salts.

Other than the best of this sickness, as we go back along the sea, we see TAWAU but we cant reach there because the fellow didn’t check their petrol. Our boat has run out of petrol. That day is the exact public holiday, no one is working. We have to wait for rescue, they thought of 999, calling ship and others. We saw Tarakan ferry, Titanic ship, fishing boat but no one come to save us. So everyone call their friends and family to ask for a boat to come. Then after an hour suddenly they found an extra petrol tank inside the boat. Nuts!! Why don’t they check earlier?? Never mind, as we almost reach, we saw Gabriel Wong, Justina Wong & Grace Wong!! They seems like having BBQ. They look so enjoyable and fun. So I screamed just to be friendly but they didn’t hear me so I screamed again. But they are like HUH!! Who call us?? OH it’s from Heaven?? Oh No!! Waited for so long, they’ve no respond and seems like didn’t see me. Haih!! WHAT IS THIS!!! At the end my friends went back happily but as for me…continue going in and out of the toilet to lose some weight!!! HAH!!
